Beelog looks and feels like the email client Sparrow, and lets you easily view all your followed tumblr blogs. But it doesn’t let you use multiple accounts.

I use PhoneView to play media off my iPhone as if it were an external harddrive while attached to my MacBook Air. Why? Because my MacBook Air is attached to speakers and/or headphones so all of my audio is going into one output device. It’s a MacBook Air so I don’t keep my iTunes library (or photos for that matter) on it, so this works quite well.
