Great coverage for Javaspeed Scooters in the Providence Journal tonight/tomorrow.

Ever-so-slight mis-quote there; I get around 85 miles for 1.5 gallons, if I’m really gentle to my scoot. Truth is I usually really let ‘er have it most of the time and thus mileage goes down a bit. I do laugh every time I see an SUV pull up to get gas next to me though. Sometimes it is hard not to be smug when the poor guy is banging his head against the fuel door of his Ford Drinksalot.

After a quick bite at the coffee bar, Lundberg pulled his helmet on, then drove his scooter into North Main traffic, traveling alongside a full-sized pickup truck that gets around 16 miles per gallon.

Be careful out there.
